Delivery

Standard Delivery – First Class, Royal Mail

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days, so you can expect delivery within 5 working days.  We will send your order by First Class, Recorded Royal Mail - this may take longer at peak times, as we are totally dependent on the carrier named above.  If we are unable to deliver, or the delivery will be delayed for any reason, we will notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible.

Please let us know if you would like your order to be sent to an alternative delivery address.

All UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Worldwide orders are delivered using Airsure. Please note: all our delivery methods require a signature upon receipt.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK customers only)

Orders must be placed by 2:30pm, Monday-Friday, to guarantee next working day delivery.

We can also send your order by Special Delivery which is guaranteed to get to you the next working day (subject to stock availability).  We can only offer special delivery on items in stock.

Special Delivery exceptions:

• Orders placed after 2:30pm - will arrive the second working day.
• Orders placed on a Friday - are guaranteed for Monday but maybe delivered on Saturday.
• Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday - will arrive the second working day.
• There are no deliveries on a Bank Holiday.

Royal Mail Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (UK customers only)

Orders must be placed by 2:30pm, Friday, to guarantee Saturday delivery (subject to stock availability).  We can only offer special delivery on items in stock.

Please note that Royal Mail requires a signature for Special Delivery packages, so someone needs to be available to sign for it at the delivery address.

• UK Special Delivery - £6.95
• UK Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - £9.95
• Europe - £5.95
• Rest of the World - £7.95

We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send to you.

Non – Delivery

Any query regarding non- delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries with our carrier. As a guide, if you haven’t received your order within 5 working days and you haven’t been told otherwise, please contact us.

Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your order however, in the event that your purchase is not suitable please return it to us, unused, unwashed, unworn and in its original packaging with labels attached within 14 days for a replacement or credit note, enclosing a completed returns slip attached with this order.  If you are returning all the items you have ordered, we will also refund your standard postage and packaging costs.

Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and are only returned using a registered mail or a guaranteed delivery service, as proof of postage is not proof of delivery. You are responsible for the goods in return. If you require an exchange please be aware that you will be required to pay the cost of postage, for which we will charge £3 (payable to Shirley C Lingerie), before any replacement is sent out. For Special Delivery or Worldwide orders the charge will vary depending on the order.

All refunds will be given as soon as possible taking into account the original method of payment.

Please note that we will not refund your costs incurred in returning goods to us unless the goods are faulty.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or miss-described.

Faulty Goods
In the event that your purchase is not performing as it should or has developed a fault, please return it (in as clean condition as is possible) to us for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory rights. Once we have confirmed there is a problem, a replacement or refund will be offered. Please use registered mail or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns’, as proof of postage is not proof of delivery. You are responsible for the goods in return. If there is a fault we will refund your postage. All refunds will be given, at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to the refund, taking into account the original method of payment.
