Placing an Order Online

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods.

It is really very simple to place an order with us, follow these steps;

1. Browse the website or search for something specific
2. A lot of products will ask you to select the size you require and possibly the colour
3. Click on the ‘Add to Basket’ icon to put the items in your shopping basket
4. When you have finished shopping click on ‘Checkout’ and log into our secure servers to complete your order

Once we have checked the availability and price of the goods, we will process your order and debit your card. A confirmation email will be sent informing you that your goods have been dispatched, with a tracking number, so that you can track your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this via email. We will await your response before proceeding with your order.

We strive to keep the information on our website as accurate as possible, however we are human and therefore fallible. We will not accept any orders which contain pricing inaccuracies or where we feel an item has been described inaccurately.

Payment Method

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro. When placing an order the address given must be the same as that registered with your card company. Card payments are processed by Sage Pay.

Sale/ Special Offer Items

All Sale items or Special Offers are subject to availability and at the discretion of Shirley C Lingerie. These can be withdrawn at any time and are ‘While Stock Lasts’.

Complaints

Complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and speedily. We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and provide a time scale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed of what action we are taking.  Complaints should be made in writing to:

These terms were last updated in April 2011.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
